I’ve found that when I follow a structured morning routine that targets the well-being of my body, mind, and spirit, I’m more productive, focused, and fulfilled all day.

Developed by Hal Elrod, The Miracle Morning is a simple yet powerful six-step process (S.A.V.E.R.S.) that primes your mind, body, and spirit for success. I have been using this process almost daily for four years. I LOVE it. How much time you spend on each step depends on your schedule. However, whether you spend one minute or ten on each step, your success with the process depends on consistency.
S.A.V.E.R.S. in Action:
Silence – Start with meditation, prayer, or deep breathing.
Affirmations – Speak positive statements about your goals and mindset.
Visualization – Picture yourself achieving success in an area of your life.
Exercise – Move your body to boost energy and health.
Read – Select a book that will teach, inspire, or motivate you
Scribe – Journal your thoughts, ideas, or gratitude.
You don’t need to wake up at a particular time—just commit to starting your day with the process shortly after waking up.
Additional Morning Actions that Enhance Your Well-being
Hydrate after waking up– Drink room temperature water with lemon or lime
Delay caffeine – Wait an hour after waking before drinking caffeine to avoid energy crashes later in the day.
Fuel smart – Eat nutrient-rich foods to sustain energy and focus all day.
